The mild and temperate climate of th island surrounds this historical Messina hotel, built in the fifties to a design by the Architect Samonà, one of the major exponents of contemporary architecture.

One side of the hotel offers a spettacular view of the Straits while the other faces the Teatro V. Emanuele and the church of Christ the King. The pier for the Eolian Islands is just a few metres from the hotel and the most important istitutional offices are in the immediate vicinity.
